- The Polavieja, Rinconcillo and Segovias student residences in Seville have individual (with shared bathroom or En-suite) and shared bedrooms (two people reserving rooms), bathroom, kitchen and living room with TV.
- Residences Polavieja, Rinconcillo and Segovias are a maximum of 20 minutes' walk from the school.
- The bedroom is ready upon arrival, with clean sheets, a duvet and a pillow.
- Towels are not provided.
- Common areas comprise of kitchen and living room with Television.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, cutlery and cooking essentials.
- Students must keep their rooms tidy and clean up the kitchen after cooking.
- Apartments are for students only who are undertaking a Spanish Course in the school.
- Reservations for accommodation can be less than the course time, but students can not reserve accommodation over the course term.
- A deposit might be required on arrival or on the first day of school.
