In accordance with the RGPD (EU) 2016/679 we inform you that the personal data that you provide us through this website will be treated in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data of the European Union and Spain.

In order to provide you with an adequate service and manage the contractual relationship, we have contracted the following categories of Treatment Managers who will process your data on behalf of: accounting and tax advisory services, labour advisory services, auditing and consulting services, administrative services , printing and enveloping services, physical security services, legal activities services, computer consulting services, data processing services, security and cybersecurity services, hosting services, backup services, other business support activities. Place of provision of services: Spain and in some cases the European Union.

What are your rights?

You have the right to obtain information about whether LEARNING LANGUAGES ABROAD is processing your personal data (right of access), to request the rectification of inaccurate data (right of rectification) or its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the execution of the contract ( right of deletion), to the limitation, in certain circumstances, of its treatment (right to limitation of treatment), to receive the personal data provided that concerns you or to request that we send it to another person responsible for the treatment of your choice, in a structured format for common use and mechanical reading (right to data portability), as well as to withdraw at any time the consent given to receive information of interest by any means (right to object).
