Staying with a Spanish host family in Alicante is the best option for full immersion. This choice will allow you to experience the authentic culture and lifestyle. You will make rapid progress while studying your courses here.
All our host families in Alicante are carefully selected and vetted. We ensure their homes meet acceptable standards to guarantee a pleasant stay. We choose our hosts based on their genuine suitability.
A host family can be a couple, a widow, a single mother, or a single adult. In all cases, students get to enjoy the complete lifestyle experience. They genuinely enjoy having international students in their homes.
Room options and meal plans
You can choose between single and double bedrooms. Note that double rooms are only available for two people booking together. All students share a communal bathroom with the family.
We offer both half-board and full-board meal options from Monday to Sunday. Half-board consists of breakfast and either lunch or dinner. You will get to taste authentic local food during your courses.
Please note that kitchen facilities are not available for students to cook. However, the family conveniently does the laundry once a week. This allows you to focus entirely on your course.
Booking conditions and dietary requirements
- Dietary needs: special requests regarding allergies, location, and diets such as vegetarian or vegan are accommodated. These may require an additional supplement.
- Duration: You can book the same number of accommodation weeks as your courses, or fewer. You can never book more weeks of accommodation than your study term.
- Arrival details: your specific host family details will be sent to you two weeks before arrival.

Can I cook my own meals in the house?
Cooking: No, kitchen facilities are not available for students to cook, but half and full-board options are provided.

Laundry: your clothes will be washed at home by the family once a week as part of the service.
