- We provide two types of Homestay Accommodation in Rome: Standard and Standard Plus.
- The pricing on our website is for the Standard option, which is the more affordable option. The Standard Plus is pricier.
- If you prefer to stay with a Host Family who lives in a better neighborhood or city location, or has more excellent apartment furnishings and fittings, proximity to school, and other facilities such as an en suite bathroom (only on request and subject to availability), contact us, and we will offer you a quotation.
- The best option for total immersion is staying with an Italian host family in Rome.
- Living with a host family in Rome will enable you to experience Italy's rich culture.
- All our families in Rome are carefully selected to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
- Families are thoroughly vetted, and homes must meet high standards to ensure their acceptability.
- We choose host families in Rome based on their suitability as hosts, their enjoyment of having international students in their homes, and their willingness to share their time and experiences with students.
- The host family in Rome may be a single woman, a single-parent family, a young family, a working couple, or a retired couple.
- There are single and shared bedrooms with shared bathrooms.
- Homestay accommodation in Rome typically offers bed and breakfast or half board. Half board includes breakfast and dinner, Monday through Sunday.
- Laundry is done at home once a week.
- Special requests regarding allergies, family location, and dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, celiac, halal, etc.) may require an additional supplement, but are accommodated.
- You can book the same number of weeks of accommodation as the course or fewer, but never more than the course duration.
- Your host family details will be sent to you two weeks before your arrival.
- In a few cases, a local tax for the first 10 days may be charged, to be paid directly to the host.
