On the first day of the General English Course with Academic English Pathway course in Victoria, BC, the student must take a level test to determine his or her exact level before being placed in a class with classmates of the same level. This ensures the student is studying at the appropriate level and progressing correctly.
Through the EAP Program, pathway students are prepared for success in a Canadian or another English-speaking high school, college, or university.
The EAP program in Victoria is designed to improve your academic reading and writing abilities and your English communication abilities, including speaking and listening.
Continuous monitoring is carried out to check the student´s progress.
On the last day of the General English Course with Business English Course for third-level education at the English School in Victoria BC, the student receives a certificate with the General English Course with the Academic English Course he or she has taken in Victoria BC, the number of lessons, duration, and the final level of English acquired.
