Meaning of TOEIC

TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication). It is an official English assessment created by ETS (Edutational Testing Services).

Parts of the TOEIC Exam

TOEIC test is an evaluation divided into 2 parts, Listening and Reading on the one hand and Speaking and Writing on the other. The two parts can be done in the same day or on two different days. If you do not get the expected result in one of the parts, you can re-introduce yourself to that part only.

How to do each part of the TOEIC exam

• In the Listening and Reading part of the TOEIC exam you have to answer 200 written questions (paper) with a duration of 120 minutes.
• In the part of the Speaking and Writing of the TOEIC exam you have to answer 19 questions orally in front of a computer with headphones and microphone. You will have 80 minutes to do it. The answers are recorded on the computer to be evaluated later.
• The TOEIC 4 Skills test is the sum of the two parts. If you do the two tests in the same day, you will have a rest of 10-15 minutes between the two tests.
