Information

The course aims to provide participants with a foundation for practising mindfulness in education.

Mindfulness has been shown to promote wellness and help develop critical thinking, performance, creativity, and empathy, all of which are vital life qualities that may be used in our working lives.

During the course, participants will also increase their emotional intelligence and become more emotionally competent on both an intrapersonal and interpersonal level, improving their performance and relationships.

The course Educators Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence in Galway prepares participants to reflect on their classroom experiences and to further their professional and personal growth.

It will also assist participants in developing their competence and confidence by making them more aware of how they connect to circumstances and the people around them.
