Professional Work Experience 20L

• The professional work experience in Cork is designed for clients who want to improve their language skills while gaining experience in an English-speaking workplace.
• We arrange placements with suitable companies and student benefits to improve his or her English knowledge and experience.
• Placement is a company doing business complementary to the client’s planned career.
• The work undertaken during placement is UNPAID and must be considered educational and part of the ongoing training programme.
• Work Experience Programme is not available between May and September.
• On completion of their work experience placement, we can provide your clients with a reference that increases their prospects of future success in the job market.
• The maximum duration of the work experience is six weeks. Minimum 4 weeks tuition + maximum 2-6 weeks of placement work

To participate in the work experience programme, clients must

• Provide a Curriculum Vitae, a cover letter, three passport photographs, and an insurance certificate.
• Do a General English course of 20 or 26 lessons per week for a minimum of 4 weeks.
• Have a minimum B1 (Intermediate) level of English.
