• This contemporary college residence is conveniently located near the beach, surrounded by shops and eateries.
• This chic student residence is conveniently located in the centre of bustling Brighton, offering spacious, bright accommodations.
• Every student will have an individual bedroom and a private bathroom.
• Up to eight students may share the apartment.

Food vouchers included (£ 130 per week)

• £100 to be used for meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) in local restaurants/coffee shops.
• £30 to be used in a local supermarket

Miscellaneous Details

• There is a well-being reception team available 24/7.
• The bedroom size is 13.5 m2.
• Bedrooms and cluster kitchens are cleaned weekly.
• Communal areas are cleaned every day.
• There is a laundry with coins for the students to use.
• Half-board accommodation: meal and supermarket vouchers provided.
• Curfew: 23:00.
• Kitchen utensils are provided and include a dinner plate, side plate, cereal bowl, slotted spoon, turner, ladle, peeler, frying pan and saucepan, spoon, fork and knife, mug and a glass, tin opener, and colander.

Rules of the residence

• This residence is only available for 16-17 years old students.
• There is no mixed gender.
• Guests staying overnight are not permitted.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the residence.
• Although we encourage and support diversity, a linguistic mix cannot be guaranteed.
• Nonetheless, we consistently urge students to speak in English and treat others respectfully and inclusively.
